Terms of Use

Scope

KINETIC is used to connect compatible Bluetooth heart rate devices, show live heart rate, record workout history, review trends, import/export history, and create share content. You are responsible for using reliable devices and following the device manufacturer\'s instructions.

Non-medical Use

This app is not a medical device. Heart rate, zones, alerts, trends, and summaries are for personal workout reference only and must not be used for diagnosis, treatment, first aid, disease prevention, clinical decisions, or safety-critical monitoring.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for judging your exercise intensity and physical condition. Stop exercising and seek professional help if you experience discomfort, pain, dizziness, chest tightness, shortness of breath, or other abnormal symptoms. Minors, pregnant users, users with known medical conditions, or users in rehabilitation should exercise under professional guidance.

Device and Data Accuracy

Heart rate data comes from the external device you connect to or listen to. Data may be affected by sensor accuracy, wearing position, skin contact, motion, Bluetooth signal, battery level, and device firmware. The app does not guarantee continuous or accurate data and is not suitable for medical or safety-critical use.

Data Operations

Import, export, clear, and share actions are initiated by you. Verify imported files before using them. Exported or shared workout data may contain health-related information and will be handled according to the recipient\'s rules and privacy policy after you send it.

Ads and Third Parties

The app may show ads and may use third-party services for ad consent management, ad delivery, billing, Firebase analytics, and crash diagnostics. Third-party services process data according to their own policies. Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play terms and refund rules. Heart rate history and Bluetooth device addresses must not be used for ad targeting or sold. Where applicable, you can manage consent through ad privacy choices.

Service Changes

Features, interface, data formats, compatible devices, third-party services, and availability may change with app updates. Material changes will be communicated where practical through release notes or in-app notices.

Acceptance

By continuing to use this app, you understand and accept these Terms, the Privacy Notice, and the non-medical use notice. If you do not agree, stop using and uninstall the app.
